Caulking

Caulking & Sealing is one of the things we do best 

Bob Popp Building Services has the personnel and equipment to do professional caulking and wet sealing.
We pride ourselves on making a functional, aesthetically pleasing, water proof joint. We tape both sides of the joint before applying the caulking. We then tool the wet product for superior penetration, removing the tape before the product dries, providing a very aesthetically pleasing joint.
For larger joints, we use manufactured backing rod, before applying the silicone caulk. We have actually pulled paper towels, and even paper towel tubes, from joints previously repaired by other companies.
